The best way for us to help as good neighbors is by taking care of our properties.  It not only enhances the neighborhood by increasing property values, but it gives you the opportunity to speak to other neighbors out walking with their children or dogs. Offering a helping hand to a neighbor can really make the difference and it helps promote a good neighborhood watch program. To those of us who are home, keeping an alert eye for suspicious looking activities can make all the difference in having a safe and crime free neighborhood! Please obey speed limits (25 MPH) when driving through the addition to help keep everyone safe. For the safety of small children, please keep them street smart!  Your participation is vital to our community!
