All Structures Must Be Approved By Architectural committee

We understand that in some cases recreational vehicles, trailers, watercraft, etc. may need to be temporarily located on your property. For extended periods of time, these items must be in compliance with our covenants for the maintenance of our neighborhood and respect of all property owners. Section 3.04 Recreational vehicles (watercraft, trailers, tractors and other equipment) must be parked on a concrete surface. Such surfaces may not extend beyond the front line of the house.
